Returns and exchanges
At Elhora Jewels, returns and exchanges are possible under certain circumstances, within 10 days:

- If the product received is damaged.

- If the product received is different from the one you ordered. Please note that since our products are handmade, each piece of jewelry is unique and its details may differ slightly from the jewelry on the photo in the e-shop.

Due to the nature of the work and the production process we use, except for the reasons mentioned above, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges for change of mind from our customers are not possible. Before making a purchase, please read the product descriptions carefully and see the additional photos. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts about any of the products.

Repairs and modifications
- Items requiring repair within 4 months of purchase are not subject to repair charges.

- Ring size change: For your first ring order, and if it is not the right size, we offer you the first size change. Please, make sure to follow the size guide carefully before ordering, to avoid delays and costs associated with returns.

How to request a return, exchange, or repair?
If you believe that the product received is eligible for return, exchange, or repair, please contact us before doing anything at hello@elhorajewels.com or here. We will let you know how to proceed.

Deadlines for returns, exchanges or repairs
The times associated with exchanges and repairs depend on the product in question. So we can't give an exact time frame.

In the case of a return, the reimbursement period is 15 working days from receipt of the returned product.

Costs related to returns, exchanges and repairs
You will be responsible for the postage costs associated with returns, exchanges and repairs.

In case of return, the costs of deliveries already paid are not refundable.
